Where do you ship your products?
Currently we only accept orders with delivery in Cyprus and pick-up from our store in Limassol. 

What is your return and refund Policy?
You may return most items sold by us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement if not working properly. After the 30 days the products will be repaired/replaced under the warranty terms of each product manufacturer. In case of a refund request within 30 days of purchase we will issue a gift certificate with the same amount or will return the amount by hand in our shop. You are encouraged to contact us before you mail back whatever product. Please note that we are unable to exchange items; except when you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or used, or is missing parts.

When will you deliver my products?
All orders will be processed immediadly and will be delivered within 2 working days.

I made an order, now what?
You will receive and email imediately after completing the order with the order number and the full details of your order. Please make sure to save this email for future reference and as proof of your order. Then upon receipt of the payment of your order, unless otherwise agreed, your order will be invoiced and the items together with the invoice will be shipped by courier. All shipments will be delivered to the client within 2 days. In the event that the courier is not able to deliver the shipment personally, they will leave a notification for pick-up from the courier office. If the courier is still not able to deliver the shipment personally, it will be returned to us after 5 working days. The shopper will remain obliged to pay the invoice and pick-up the goods.

I can find some products cheaper in other online shops ...why ?
If you find cheaper products in other shops then go and buy cheaper... G & N Dynacom Services Limited is not a Bargain Shop, we only sell Quality Products from our Vendor Distributors in Cyprus, like Intel , HP , Microsoft e.t.c and NOT importing products from other countries in order to sell Cheaper. We try to sell our products in the best prices available and we do provide Guarantee in our products according to our Vendor Distributors in Cyprus.
